General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Monetumo website (www.monetumo.com) and any associated products, software, tools, services, data, and features provided by Monetumo (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Monetumo ("Monetumo", "we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Eligibility and Access

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so under applicable laws and have the authority to enter into these Terms. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

Use of Services

You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Publisher and Partner Obligations

If you use Monetumo to monetize your inventory through header bidding or other integrations, you must:

Ensure all placements comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Not artificially inflate impressions, clicks, or auction activity (e.g., through bots or click farms).
Maintain an ads.txt file where applicable to authorize Monetumo as a seller or reseller.

Payment and Fees

Payments to publishers are made based on net revenue generated through Monetumo’s demand partners, subject to thresholds, verification, and any applicable deductions. Monetumo reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments in cases of suspected fraud or violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks on the Services are the property of Monetumo or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

Termination

Monetumo may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any activity deemed harmful to Monetumo or its partners.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Monetumo does not guarantee any specific revenue results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monetumo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
